Who We Are
We are a community that enables human potential; where young people are seen, supported and celebrated. A place to belong. A place to return to.
Building the future of work:
at scale, with heart.
We combine demand-led skills training, real-world experience, and holistic support without losing the heartbeat of our community. In collaboration with employers, edtech innovators, and development partners, we co-create demand-driven pathways that respond to real workforce needs while ensuring young people have the confidence, networks, and tools to succeed.
The Challenge
Young people hold the answers, but barriers remain.
Across the globe, youth have the potential to solve some of today’s greatest challenges. Yet structural barriers still limit access to education, employment, and opportunity.
Marginalised youth are still locked out
Millions of young people, especially women, displaced communities, and those facing poverty, are shut out of education and work. Even entry-level jobs remain out of reach without networks, guidance, and future-ready skills.
A rapidly changing labour market
Automation, AI, and climate change are reshaping industries, leaving vulnerable communities in the Global South facing instability, displacement, and unclear paths to new jobs.
Learning isn’t always earning
The internet is full of courses, but not all learning creates opportunity. Without structure, mentorship, or support, young people often remain stuck despite new skills.
