Our graduate programme aims to attract talent with strong technical knowledge who can become thought leaders and trusted advisors. We combine theoretical learning with practical experience, supported by rotations across the Insurance & Asset Management Technology business lifecycle. You will learn application and technology architecture processes such as analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and also gain exposure to operations, maintenance, and support of live production environments.

The Solutions Architect role is responsible for designing and delivering technology solutions that meet business needs while aligning with the overall IT strategy and future growth. This position focuses on translating business requirements into scalable, resilient, and innovative technical solutions that integrate seamlessly across systems and platforms.

Working within a diverse technology ecosystem, the role engages with:

• Architecture frameworks and methodologies (TOGAF, Agile) to guide solution design and delivery.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) to architect scalable and secure solutions.
• Integration technologies and APIs to enable seamless connectivity between applications and services.
• Data management and analytics platforms to support informed, data-driven decision-making.
• Collaboration and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, JIRA, Confluence) to accelerate agile solution delivery and operational efficiency.

Additional Information

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a South African citizen
• Must be under 30 years of age
• Maximum of two years work experience
• Minimum of 65% average over all years of study
