This programme focuses on providing in-depth knowledge of capital markets, exposure across Andile’s offerings, fostering critical thinking, enhancing practical understanding, and building positive lasting relationships.

The programme begins with comprehensive training in Capital and Financial Markets, followed by rotations through the different business areas. Graduates will then have the opportunity to settle into one of our centres of excellence to receive specialised training and gain deeper knowledge.

• Minimum of 65% average over all years of study
• Any of the following:

• Bachelor of Business Science

• Bachelor of Mathematics and Statistics
• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering
