The CAPACITI - Advanced Digital Skills Academy – Johannesburg - 2026 equips aspiring technologists with the in-demand digital capabilities needed in today's evolving tech landscape.
CAPACITI supports the transition from foundational IT knowledge to specialised, industry-ready skills that match global and local workforce needs.
CAPACITI - Academy Information Start Date: Mid to End 2026 Duration: 12 Months (Full-Time) Location: 13th Floor Hollard City Campus - 19 Ameshoff Street - BraamfonteinMonthly Stipend: R5 241 p.m. (for the duration of the Academy)

Requirements
Application Criteria
Minimum Requirements:
- South African citizen.
- Aged 18–34.
- Minimum NQF Level 5 or equivalent qualification in Information Technology - (Software Development, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, AI/Machine Learning, Computer Science)
- IT fundamentals (advantageous).
- Academic transcripts and highest qualification certificate.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and understanding of IT concepts (hardware, software, networking).
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- No criminal record and a clear credit history.
- Must be unemployed at the time of application.
- Ability to attend full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 and commit to the full 12-month academy.
- Employment Equity candidates preferred, with strong consideration for Women in Tech and Persons with Disabilities (PWD).
